Lindemanis constructions was established in 1993 with Erik having a lifetime of experience in the building industry. We are a family based business. Our services cover both domestic and commercial works and 90% of our work is referral based.

We are a QBCC licensed builder, specialising in all facets of the building industry, including but not limited to, renovations, extensions, maintenance, insurance repairs, office fit-outs, kitchen and bathroom renovations, house raising and building in underneath, outdoor living area construction, garage/carport additions, granny flats.

Erik’s apprenticeship commenced in 1985 and he has been in the industry since. Erik was awarded Qld Master Builders “Apprentice of the Year” in 1988 and from there continuing on to receive several other industry awards with the Housing Industry Association, showcasing his workmanship.

We are based in Ipswich and our services are operated throughout South East Queensland.

We provide a service that is second to none in quality and customer service. We listen to your renovation ideas and work with you to ensure your total satisfaction for your long term renovation/construction plans. We have long standing relationships with our suppliers and sub-trades. This ensures you, the client achieve our goal, which is a “second to none” finished product.
